QVATTVOR 4x4
Maximum Isolation Differential Implementation
QVATTVOR 4x4 represents the most structurally controlled implementation within the QVATTVOR architecture.
It is based on a precision transformer platform aligned with Engineering principles, where signal behaviour is defined by symmetry, separation, and repeatability.
Concept
4x4 extends the fully differential QVATTVOR architecture into a maximally isolated configuration.
Each channel operates as an independent magnetic system, minimizing interaction at both electrical and field levels.
The result is a stable and explicitly defined signal structure.
Architecture
The system is built around a true dual mono topology, where each channel is driven by a dedicated transformer operating in a fully balanced configuration.
Key characteristics:
- complete channel separation at the magnetic level,
- minimized cross-interaction between signal paths,
- controlled and predictable signal behaviour.
The signal remains fully differential throughout the transformation process.
Magnetic Implementation
The transformer platform follows a precision-wound, low-interaction design approach associated with modern Engineering transformer development.
The emphasis is placed on:
- linear and repeatable magnetic behaviour,
- controlled bandwidth and phase response,
- minimized parasitic interaction within the magnetic structure.
This implementation prioritizes structural accuracy over characteristic coloration.
Specifications:
Step-up ratio: 1:16
Type: Precision MC step-up transformer
Performance: wideband, low-distortion signal transfer
Application: low-output MC cartridge systems
The RCA input is designed as a floating differential interface, ensuring true balanced signal processing within the transformer.
Available in a Silver Aluminium front panel.
The SUT offers RCA input connectivity, with outputs available in either XLR or RCA.
Signal Behaviour
QVATTVOR 4x4 emphasizes:
- precise spatial localization,
- high-resolution low-level detail,
- clear structural separation of musical elements.
The presentation is defined by articulation and control rather than continuity.
System Role
QVATTVOR 4x4 is intended for systems where:
- maximum channel isolation is required
- spatial structure must remain stable under complex material
- analytical resolution is prioritized over continuous flow
Position in QVATTVOR Architecture
Within the QVATTVOR platform, 4x4 represents the Engineering-oriented extreme, where the architecture is realized with maximum structural control and minimal interaction between channels.
